Although Buffalo Weaver has the ability to weave almost any material, our most notable core-competency is our ability to weave a wide-variety of paper products. Motivated by its beauty, versatility and relative low-cost, textile companies throughout history have attempted to master this process. The proprietary techniques used by Buffalo Weaver have been developed over 50 years. We’ve successfully developed materials with a wide-variety of characteristics to perform in highly-diverse conditions. We offer this material in rolls or sheets for maximum efficiency in any mass-production setting.

The newest addition to the Buffalo Weaver collection, Cubano is a robust material, loom-woven from sturdy, embossed strips of heavy paper, produced using a proprietary, high-pressure process. The variegated color highlights give Cubano a warm, natural, tropical look when clear-coated, but takes-on a classic country charm when painted a solid color. This material can be laminated to virtually any hard surface, or span the void between two different surfaces. You can have it all: add a "hand-woven" look to your product without the hand-woven inconsistencies or the high, hand-woven cost! Options include Size or Unsized.

One of our most unique patterns, Eastwood is a wonderful solution to any challenge that requires a thin, lightweight, yet attractive material. Responds well to a variety of adhesives, and can be laminated to nearly any hard surface. The unique crushed-tissue paper weft combines with the specific pick-count of this material to create a low-density product, with no openness in the weave. Eastwood performs well as a laminate, or to span open spaces between two surfaces. A light-weight product with some heavy-weight attributes; Eastwood will be an attractive embellishment to your high-quality product.
